On Tuesday, our girls basketball team is hosting a region playoff game for the 1st time in over 20yrs and we are the #1 seed. We need to pack the stands and show support for our players and coaches. Tickets are $8. We also have our indoor track team traveling to Roanoke next weekend for the state championships!! Tickets are $10!! Our Middle School Cheerleaders will travel to a competition in Culpeper on Friday…let’s wish them well!! Lastly, our Forensics team will travel to Midlothian for the region tournament on Saturday. PLEASE COME OUT & SUPPORT YOUR LIONS!!

· Spring Tryouts Begin for LCHS and the Spring Dead Period for all out of season sports goes from 2/20 through 3/1. During this period, no practices or contact between players/coaches allowed.
· Remember that all participants must have a valid VHSL physical filled out (in its entirety) & turned in to be able to tryout. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
