Friday Night Football Game - 09/24/2021 in The JUNGLE!!

Good Evening TeamLCPS,

This is a reminder about tomorrow night's Varsity Football game taking place in The JUNGLE at 7:30 pm.  We are celebrating HOMECOMING 2021 and we want the keep the excitement going from this evening's Hometown Homecoming Parade taking place right here in Mineral.  

As for tomorrow's game, we have the following things in place:

• Presale adult tickets sold this Friday from 9 am-2 pm in the LCHS Vestibule - $7 each.
• Presale student tickets sold this Friday during lunch shifts - $3 each.
• Tailgate in front of LCMS at 5:45 pm.  We will provide the food and beverages!!
• Gates open at 6 pm.
• Tickets can be purchased online at Ticket Spicket: https://events.ticketspicket.com/agency/f0fb3d3c-04b0-4588-9462-c2572488ad1a/events/88d68aa4-2829-4d69-b36e-8289077bf157
• Tickets can also be purchased at the gate on Friday by using cash or check.
• Onsite LC Athletics apparel can be purchased in various colors and sizes!!
• Concessions will have food and beverages available for purchase.
• "BIGGIE," our new inflatable lion tunnel will be on watch, guarding The JUNGLE!!
• Our great Cheerleaders, marching Lions, fireworks, game sponsor recognition, tee-shirt cannons, and our HOMECOMING COURT celebration at halftime will make for a great evening of Friday Night Lights for everyone!!
• WE WILL ALSO CELEBRATE OUR LADY LIONS GIRLS BASKETBALL STATE CHAMPIONSHIP VICTORY BEFORE THE GAME!!

I know that Coach Patrick and his staff have done plenty to prepare the team for tomorrow's game and the players are ready to put it all on the line for this Jefferson District matchup.  Bring the family with you tomorrow night and let's enjoy a great night of football.  For those attending Hometown Homecoming Parade this evening, be on the lookout, as I will be carrying a few free tickets with me for tomorrow's game.  There will be a few lucky community members/fans that will get tickets on the house, as a token of our appreciation for your support!!

Please take a look at our mitigation strategies below and I thank you all for your support and attention to detail regarding our expectations!!

MITIGATION EXPECTATIONS:

• Each player, coach, official, spectator, and event/staff member must perform a health screening prior to arrival at our venue.

• Any individuals experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 must not attend our events.

• Each player, coach, official, spectator, and event/staff member will have their temperatures checked upon entry to the facility.

• Mask use at outdoor events:

• Masks are required when you enter our outdoor facilities and when you are moving to and from the stands or other parts of the stadium.

• All spectators, to the greatest extent possible, distance themselves at least 6ft from the next person or group of people from outside of their household.

• IF YOU CANNOT MAINTAIN 6 FEET PHYSICAL DISTANCE FROM INDIVIDUALS OUTSIDE OF YOUR HOUSEHOLD, YOU MUST WEAR A MASK.

• If you CAN maintain 6 feet physical distance from individuals outside of your household, MASKS ARE OPTIONAL.

• Online tickets for home Field Hockey & Football games can be purchased through Ticket Spicket.

• Download the app on your smartphone, OR

• Create an account on your desktop, iPad, laptop, etc., and print off a validation sheet of your purchased ticket(s) to bring with you to our facility.

As I have previously mentioned, our plans are fluid, and things can change at a moment's notice and we appreciate your patience & understanding.  In the meanwhile, let us keep TeamLCPS & LC Athletics in the hearts of our community members and leading from the front of the pack!!  We thank you for your continued support of our community, our school division, and most importantly - OUR STUDENT-ATHLETES!!
