MITIGATION EXPECTATIONS BELOW:

**Our plans are fluid, and things can change at a moment's notice and we appreciate your patience & understanding.

Expectations at Indoor Events (including LCMSJV/Varsity Volleyball & LCMS Girls Basketball games), we have the following expectations in place:

  • Each player, coach, official, spectator, and event/staff member must perform a health screening prior to arrival at our venue.

  • Each player, coach, official, spectator, and event/staff member will have their temperatures checked upon entry to the facility.

  • All spectators must wear a mask and distance themselves in the bleachers 6ft from the next person or group of people from outside of their household.

  • Coaches must wear masks throughout and all players who are not actively in the game must wear masks as well.  

    • FAILURE TO ADHERE TO THESE EXPECTATIONS MAY RESULT IN INDIVIDUALS OR GROUPS OF PEOPLE BEING ASKED TO LEAVE THE EVENT AND CAPACITY LIMITS BEING PLACED AT OUR FUTURE EVENTS.  

  • Online tickets for home Volleyball games can be purchased through Ticket Spicket and you can download the app on your smartphone or create an account on your desktop, iPad, laptop, etc. and print off a validation sheet of your purchased ticket(s) to bring with you to our facility.

Expectations at Outdoor Events (including Cross Country, JV/Varsity Field Hockey, and Football games):

  • Each player, coach, official, spectator, and event/staff member must perform a health screening prior to arrival at our venue.

  • Each player, coach, official, spectator, and event/staff member will have their temperatures checked upon entry to the facility.

  • Mask use at outdoor events:

    • Masks are required when you enter our outdoor facilities and when you are moving to and from the stands or other parts of the stadium.

    • All spectators, to the greatest extent possible, distance themselves at least 6ft from the next person or group of people from outside of their household.

      • IF YOU CANNOT MAINTAIN 6 FEET PHYSICAL DISTANCE FROM INDIVIDUALS OUTSIDE OF YOUR HOUSEHOLD, YOU MUST WEAR A MASK.

      • If you CAN maintain 6 feet physical distance from individuals outside of your household, MASKS ARE OPTIONAL.

    • Online tickets for home Field Hockey & Football games can be purchased through Ticket Spicket.

      • Download the app on your smartphone, OR

      • Create an account on your desktop, iPad, laptop, etc., and print off a validation sheet of your purchased ticket(s) to bring with you to our facility.

As I have previously mentioned, our plans are fluid, and things can change at a moment's notice and we appreciate your patience & understanding.  In the meanwhile, let us keep TeamLCPS & LC Athletics in the hearts of our community members and leading from the front of the pack!!  We thank you for your continued support of our community, our school division, and most importantly - OUR STUDENT-ATHLETES!!
