Good Evening #TeamLCPS and members of the Mighty Lion Nation,
I hope that everyone is safe and staying in good spirits, as these have been challenging times - BUT together, we can make it to the other side!! Please see the current update about LC Athletics and the events scheduled for Friday and Saturday of this week. All events have been postponed due to us not being in school, the fact that a large number of our school & community members are without power in their homes, and the hazardous road conditions around the county. There are events at other schools taking place, but we are not traveling due to ensure everyone's safety. Makeup dates are to be determined, but I wanted to make sure that everyone was on the same page with our current schedule.

- LCHS DIVE @ Woodberry Forest - CANCELLED
- LCHS SWIM @ Patrick Henry - POSTPONED
- LCHS JV/Varsity Boys/Girls Basketball vs Fluvanna - POSTPONED
- LCHS Wrestling @ Atlee - CANCELLED
Saturday (01/07) Schedule:
- LCHS Track & Field @ Liberty - CANCELLED
- LCHS Wrestling @ Atlee - CANCELLED
- LCHS JV/Varsity Boys Basketball @ Washington & Lee - POSTPONED
As for next week's schedule, I will send out an all-call and email with specifics on Sunday evening.
